Delete your account

How it works

1. Confirm it’s your account with a one-time code sent to your email or WhatsApp.
2. Submit your request. We’ll email you to confirm we received it.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

You can cancel the request from this page until we start processing it. Please finish or cancel any orders still being delivered before requesting deletion.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details (email, phone, password, Google sign-in)
• Your profile: name, phone number and saved addresses
• Saved payment cards
• Your wishlist, cart and notifications
• AI Room designs and the room photos you uploaded
• Newsletter and marketing subscriptions

What we keep, and why

• Orders, invoices and payment records — kept for 5 years as required by UAE tax law, no longer linked to an account, then deleted
• Product and project reviews you posted — kept, shown as “Former customer”
