By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. About SpaceMatch.ae

SpaceMatch.ae is an online marketplace that connects customers with premium furniture and home brands across the UAE and GCC.

SpaceMatch.ae acts as a platform provider. Products listed on the platform may be sold and fulfilled either by SpaceMatch.ae or by third-party sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

SpaceMatch.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through SpaceMatch.ae are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are displayed in AED and may include VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods
• Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be issued

SpaceMatch.ae reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Product Information

SpaceMatch.ae strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Colors and finishes may vary due to screen settings or lighting
• Dimensions may have minor tolerances
• Images are for illustrative purposes and may include styling elements not included in the purchase

Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

SpaceMatch.ae delivers across all emirates in the UAE.

• Standard delivery: 7 to 9 working days from order confirmation
• Delivery schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays

Delivery charges:

• Free delivery and assembly for orders AED 500 and above (Dubai only)
• AED 50 delivery fee for orders between AED 100 and AED 499 (Dubai only)

Express delivery:

• Available for AED 299 (Dubai only)
• Delivered within 48 hours on working days
• Not applicable to bulky or made-to-order items

Customers must:

• Provide accurate delivery details
• Ensure access to the delivery location
• Be available to receive the order

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, rescheduling will be arranged.

Any damages or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

SpaceMatch.ae aims to provide a reliable and premium customer experience.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Damaged products
• Defective items
• Incorrect or mismatched products
• Products not as described

Conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours with photographic evidence
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Assembled items
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund process:

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refund timelines typically range between 5 to 7 business days after approval

Returns due to change of mind are only accepted where explicitly stated on the product page and may be subject to return fees.

8. Loyalty Program (Ro'ya)

SpaceMatch.ae offers a customer loyalty program designed to reward repeat purchases.

• Customers earn points based on their spending
• Points can be redeemed against future purchases
• Tier levels are based on cumulative spend over a 12-month period

SpaceMatch.ae reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

9. Platform Role and Responsibility

SpaceMatch.ae operates as a marketplace platform.

While SpaceMatch.ae curates and monitors sellers, certain products may be supplied by third-party vendors. In such cases:

• Order fulfillment may be handled by the respective seller
• SpaceMatch.ae coordinates the customer experience and support

SpaceMatch.ae is not responsible for:

• Minor variations in product appearance
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
• Indirect losses arising from product use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceMatch.ae shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit, business, or opportunity
• Delays caused by external factors beyond control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts.

12. Changes to Terms

SpaceMatch.ae reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
